It is a refereed journal. History
Published in 2007 for the first time, Problema emerges as a proposal from the area of philosophy and law theory of the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas (Institute for Legal Research, UNAM) with the impulse of Diego Valadés and Héctor Fix-Fierro. Its founders were Enrique Cáceres Nieto, Imer B. Flores and Juan Gomez Vega. The journal has already published its third number. Reception has been good, the journal is known, but we must continue the effort to carry out a better work of presentation and distribution.
